Four Seasons Napa Valley is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. You will ensure guest rooms and residences meet luxury standards, preparing turndown service and addressing guest requests with attention to detail.

Experience in luxury hotel housekeeping and the ability to read and speak English are preferred. This part-time position offers exposure to world-class hospitality in a Forbes Travel Guide Five‑Star resort with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Clean and refresh guest rooms/residences to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and address requests promptly.
• Prepare rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Restock towels, amenities, and supplies as needed.
• Report any damages or missing items to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in linen and service areas.
