Job summary

CORE is seeking an Experience Coordinator to welcome members and guests, manage reservations, and coordinate front desk operations across CORE: platforms. You will ensure exceptional service from arrival to departure, supporting MEC peers, and staying informed about events and space use.

The role requires at least one year in luxury guest services or a private club environment, with strong multitasking and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a similar role or a luxury guest service position.
• Experience in a private members club preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to respond promptly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls, emails and requests for reservations and events.
• Redirect calls to the proper department and maintain clear communication.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked host desk and accurate reservation records across platforms.
• Coordinate member arrivals, check-ins/outs, and room keys in MEWS and related systems.
• Assist with overnight shifts and support MEC team during peak times.
