Job summary

The Core Club seeks a proactive Membership Experience Coordinator to warmly welcome members and guests, manage reservations, and coordinate front desk operations with precision. You will deliver personalized service, handle diverse requests, and support event bookings while upholding CORE: guidelines.

You'll use Salesforce, MEWS, and Aloha to manage profiles, upsell offerings, and ensure seamless guest experiences across spaces, suites, and cultural programming in New York.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a luxury guest service or private club role.
• Strong multitasking and calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to upsell and provide personalized guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, manage check-in/check-out and escort to tables.
• Answer inquiries, manage reservations and events via MEWS, Salesforce, and Teams.
• Provide concierge services including recommendations, car services, and local activities.
• Maintain guest profiles and daily intelligence for personalized service.
• Coordinate front desk and ensure accurate guest announcements and door security.
