Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
• POS system experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding beverage items and promotions.
• Mix drinks and control beverage stock per guidelines.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
