As a key partner to the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director, you will oversee food quality, cost controls, and staff development across banquet and restaurant service, while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading large culinary teams in a hotel or luxury dining operation.
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, cost controls, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage and develop staff, uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop banquet menus and special events.
• Drive efficiency by refining kitchen systems, workflows, and cost controls.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and implement improvements to dining experiences.
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering professional growth and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
