Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests in a luxury hotel setting.

You will develop seasonal menus, oversee production, ensure health and safety standards, and collaborate with Front of House and Back of House teams to execute flawless service. This role offers growth within a premier hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to manage daily kitchen operations and coach staff.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team operations with hands-on leadership and coaching.
• Oversee production lists, line checks, and expediting service periods.
• Develop seasonal menus, promotions, and daily specials.
• Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
