Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury, resort, or large-scale properties.
• Experience overseeing hotel restaurant operations of 5+ outlets.
• Pre-opening or renovation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations across hotel dining venues with emphasis on quality, cost, and profitability.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to develop menus for events and banquets.
• Drive team engagement, performance management, and training to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
