EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and assisting management with daily administrative tasks.

You will educate guests on services, upsell products, and help manage reservations and payments, all while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and a professional appearance per the associate handbook.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in luxury service preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or sales, preferably in retail.

Mansioni

• Create an exceptional guest experience and educate guests on products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Passes and benefits.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app usage for rescheduling.
• Organize the reservation book and manage associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures; maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms.
