Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Minneapolis seeks a Gallery Host to deliver world-class service to guests, manage the host station, assist with wayfinding, check-in for interior design services and restaurant waitlist, and provide discreet concierge services such as coat check and valet validation.

You will greet clients, connect them with the right Associates, support events, maintain gallery cleanliness and safety, and relay guest feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Energetic, accountable and team oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Live company vision, values and beliefs daily and represent the brand with polished communication and appearance.
• Enthusiastically greet and engage clients upon arrival, delivering world-class service.
• Answer guest questions about Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate.
• Provide greeting, wayfinding, check-in for design services and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, concierge service and valet validation.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the host station and monitor gallery areas for cleanliness, safety and code compliance.
• Support onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Report guest comments and escalations to the leadership team.
