Conrad Orlando, part of Hilton, invites you to join the Front Office team as a Rooms Coordinator, coordinating group arrivals, pre-arrival details, and guest accommodations to ensure flawless experiences and total satisfaction from check-in to departure.

You will answer calls, update logs, resolve guest requests with warmth and urgency, and uphold the luxury standards that define the Conrad brand, while collaborating with rooms, bell staff, and guest services to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple arrivals and special requests with accuracy.

What will I be doing?

Organizes and oversees all tour group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction. Ensures that all guests are confirmed, and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily. Answers and dispatches telephone calls. Maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our Hotel and provides prompt and courteous service to meet Company's high standards.
