Job summary

Mondrian South Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Miami Beach to manage daily shift operations, greet guests, and ensure a seamless check-in experience. You will promote the brand, handle guest requests, and coordinate with other hotel teams to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years as Front Desk Agent or in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests into the computer, verify reservation, address, and payment information.
• Accept payment for guest accounts and maintain a house bank.
• Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.
• Issue keys and control entrance of safety deposit boxes.
• Post charges as requested and handle miscellaneous duties.
