Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, provide personalized service, operate the POS, and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized. You will help move merchandise from receipt to point of sale with accuracy and a friendly, brand‑ambassador presence.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, strong English communication, multitasking in a fast‑paced setting, and flexibility to work a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use cash registers, POS devices, and basic computer tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and uphold Loss Prevention guidelines.
