Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate for our store in the United States. You will greet clients, operate POS systems, and maintain a well-organized sales floor while supporting stock movement and visual merchandising updates.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and busy periods is required. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for fashion trends, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and anticipate needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support local market engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards, capturing customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
