Job summary

Belmont Park Village, part of The Bicester Collection, seeks a Part-Time Concierge to deliver world-class hospitality and guest services in a luxury retail environment on the Belmont Park campus in New York.

You will warmly welcome guests, anticipate needs, and promote services and events while assisting with packages and guest logistics. The role emphasizes cultural sensitivity, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing guest demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, premium customer/guest services, or tourism.
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), up to 25 hours per week, including some weeknight hours.
• A high level of cultural sensitivity to guests from various international backgrounds and cultures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with both guests and colleagues with impact and influence.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change fluidly.
• Fluency in English; any other language would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to Belmont Park Village and anticipating their needs.
• Promoting offerings such as hands-free shopping, luggage hold, UBS Arena delivery, gift card sales, and membership.
• Assisting Concierge team with retrieving, organizing, and transporting guest packages securely.
• Informing guests of brand promotions, food and beverage offerings, and special activations.
• Supporting events in The Apartment and other private hospitality spaces.
• Seeking and providing feedback to continuously enhance the guest experience.
