The Bristal Somerset is seeking a Concierge Greeter to create an exceptional first impression for residents and guests at our luxury senior living community in Somerset, NJ. You will deliver outstanding guest services at the busy front desk, reflecting the high standards of our brand and hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or higher.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Answer and redirect incoming calls with professionalism and positivity.
• Take accurate messages and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Greet visitors warmly and complete information cards for inquiries.
• Respond to resident, guest and team member inquiries in a timely, polite manner.
• Ensure emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Keep front desk logs accurate and up to date.
• Perform basic computer data entry as needed.
