Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury Downtown Austin community. You will greet residents, manage access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while maintaining privacy and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; discreet and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
