Job summary

Buccellati boutique in Beverly Hills seeks a Boutique Assistant to elevate client journeys with exceptional hospitality and storytelling of the Maison. You will support the commercial team in presentation, sales finalization, and client services across a fast-paced luxury environment.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help maintain boutique standards, assist with CRM tasks, inventory and merchandising, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on client satisfaction and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with business software.
• Previous SAP experience is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional client experiences and deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Assist commercial team with product presentation, gift wrapping, and client data capture.
• Support CRM activities including data entry and reporting.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual standards, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with operations to manage stock movement and special projects.
