Buccellati boutique in Beverly Hills is seeking a Boutique Assistant to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the commercial team. The role emphasizes hospitality, product presentation, and CRM activities while maintaining boutique standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury retail or hospitality, flexibility for weekend hours, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers full-time hours and opportunities to contribute to a high-end client

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends.
• Must be able to stand all day.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional welcome to the client and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.
• Assist the commercial team with product presentation, gift wrapping, and sales finalization.
• Assist CRM activities including data entry, reports, and client treatments.
• Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of the sales floor and boutique environment.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on inventory, shipments, transfers, and stock movements.
• Develop understanding of Buccellati’s heritage and product knowledge.
