Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Bell/Door Attendant at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and help ensure smooth arrivals and departures with a strong focus on service excellence.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time hourly position at the Front Office Operations category.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience as Bell/Door/Luggage Attendant in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy baggage up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents at the hotel entrance, assist with luggage and packages.
• Open doors and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Load and transport luggage to and from vehicles and rooms.
• Escort arriving guests to rooms and explain hotel features and services.
• Maintain luggage storage records and keep areas organized.
• Respond to guest inquiries with personalized recommendations.
• Answer Front Service phone calls promptly and professionally.
