Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage transport between rooms and vehicles.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Valet to escort guests and manage luggage.
• Provide hotel information and local recommendations to guests.
• Maintain courteous, attentive service and ensure guest comfort
