Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physically able to carry 75+ pounds; able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
• Works well and efficiently under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the hotel and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to and from rooms and inform them of safety features.
• Promote Mondrian South Beach Preferred Guest Program to guests.
• Store and assist with loading/unloading baggage.
• Transport guests and employees using the hotel limousine.
• Deliver packages and faxes to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bell stand, check-in area, and baggage room.
• Clean brass bell carts.
