LaserAway in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to lead one-on-one consultations and design personalized treatment plans. The role combines education on laser and aesthetic services with guiding patients through financing options and the full journey from greeting to checkout.

You will operate in a commission-first environment, with a base hourly rate of $20 and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Commission-based earning structure and top-performer upside.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered interactions.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results for you and patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to drive purchases.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Walk patients from arrival through checkout with premium service.
• Utilize LaserAway's CRM to manage a steady pipeline and access patient history.
