LaserAway is seeking a passionate Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to guide clients through treatments and financing options, delivering a premium consultative experience.

You’ll own patient relationships from first hello to long-term loyalty, conduct one-on-one consultations, and design customized treatment plans. Base pay starts at $20/hr with uncapped commissions; average first-year earnings range $70,000-$95,000, and full training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
• Weekend availability required
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans
• Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey from first hello to long-term loyalty
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present treatment plans and financing options
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience
• Utilize LaserAway's CRM to manage a steady pipeline of marketing-generated leads and patient history
