Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to lead consultations, build treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey. You will own a patient book and revenue target, leveraging our CRM to manage leads and patient history for informed consultations.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, provides medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, employee discounts, and comprehensive paid training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure with a base pay floor.
• Polished, confident and patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from consultation to checkout.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to patients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver premium experience.
