You will conduct personal consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey with financing options. This role blends high-touch service with commission-driven growth.

Full-time, weekends required. Base pay $20/hr with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; comprehensive benefits and paid

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey and financing options.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience.
• Maintain CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads.
