LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to lead one-on-one consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey with a premium experience. The role emphasizes consultative selling, building trust, and driving long-term loyalty.

Base pay starts at $18/hr with uncapped commissions; average first-year earnings range from $70,000 to $95,000. Full training provided; weekend availability is required to meet patient demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with marketing-generated leads.
