LaserAway in Portland, OR is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey—from first hello to long-term loyalty.

You'll operate in a commission-first environment with a $20/hour base, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses. Average first-year earnings reach $70,000–$95,000. Full training, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Polished, confident, patient-centered interactions.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Present treatment options and financing; educate patients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure premium experience.
