Job summary

LaserAway in the United States is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant). You’ll own consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first hello to long-term loyalty.

This role offers $18.00 per hour base with uncapped commissions and average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000. Full training provided, weekend availability required, and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required; this is when patients come to us.
• Motivated by results and earnings potential from commissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.
• Conduct consultations, educate on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience; use CRM to manage leads.
