LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first hello to long-term loyalty.

The role offers a $19/hr base plus uncapped commission, with average first-year earnings in the $70,000–$95,000 range and full training provided. Weekend availability is required to meet patient demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options; guide patients through checkout.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience.
