Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in pharma/medical industry.
• 4+ years of oncology experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ year other therapeutic experience in training/marketing/market access preferred.
• Oncology product launch experience preferred.
• Copromotion experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel 40%–60%.
• Valid driver's license with driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Represents the assigned products to health care professionals in the territory.
• Exceeds sales objectives through promotion of product features and benefits.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Understand healthcare trends, laws, market access landscape, and payer dynamics.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical pathways and their influence on treatment.
• Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and program outcomes.
• Maintain expert knowledge of disease states, brands, and competitors.
• Complete all required training and comply with policies.
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders; communicate product benefits.
• Meet administrative expectations, budgets, reporting, and database updates.
