Trailborn Hotels & Resorts in Highlands, North Carolina is seeking a Lunch Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes and ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with the BOH Team, maintaining standards for meal preparation and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, a Food Handler’s Certification, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible hours are required, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Experience in the culinary field.
• 2 years of sauté, grill cook experience required.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and a positive work ethic.
