Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably with rotating equipment or fluid systems.
• 5+ years creating detailed work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with precision manufacturing: machining, assembly, testing.
• US citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.; relocation available; 2nd shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization of pump designs from development to production readiness.
• Create manufacturing processes for pump components, assemblies, and testing procedures.
• Develop detailed work instructions, process flows, tooling specs, and inspection plans.
• Collaborate with design engineering to optimize for manufacturability, cost, and quality.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for pump production issues.
• Design and specify tooling, fixtures, and assembly equipment for pumps.
