Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, systems engineering, or project management.
• Ability to work independently on complex problems with sound technical judgment.
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts for training hardware development from concept to commissioning.
• Serve as primary technical/programmatic contact between training team and engineering vendors.
• Translate training objectives into verifiable technical requirements for mockups, courses, and software.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, structures, crew systems, avionics, and other teams to ensure fidelity and functionality.
• Oversee verification and validation of training hardware for training effectiveness and HTI testing.
• Own project documentation including plans, interface control documents, test procedures, and manuals.
• Plan and execute spaceflight mission training events using lectures, rehearsals, and hardware demos.
