Job summary

Blue Origin’s Lunar Permanence team is seeking an experienced engineer to drive the integration of lunar landers with the New Glenn launch vehicle and to provide mission support for Day of Launch activities.

You will lead ICD tasks, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with multiple engineering teams to deliver timely, safe lunar missions. A strong background in aerospace and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience at a launch site processing vehicle or spacecraft payloads.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to coordinate across engineers to support ICD and Range product closure.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct integration tasks for the Mission ICD for Lunar vehicles with the New Glenn team.
• Direct customization and execution of Range Safety protocols with USSF Delta 45 and New Glenn teams.
• Collaborate with New Glenn payload integration team for Lunar vehicle transport, integration, and deployment.
• Assist in defining encapsulation, launch processing, and Day of Launch tasks.
