Interstate in Greenwich, CT is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email. You will quote, process orders, manage returns, and help customers select lumber, building materials and hardware.

The role requires at least 2 years of inside sales experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and knowledge of the Marvin and Anderson brands. This is a full-time, on-site position with daily morning shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
• Lumber/construction industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers at the counter and yard, helping them select products.
• Provide quotes and process orders accurately and timely.
• Balance cash registers and handle returns per policy.
• Maintain organized displays and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
