PARR is seeking a Lumber Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by creating quotes, processing orders, and coordinating construction schedules. You will engage with customers, manage orders, and promote our Bridge Strategy to drive timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is required.
• Strong communication via phone and email is essential.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Must operate a computer, smartphone, scanner and related equipment.
• Ten-key by touch and typing 40+ WPM.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Communicate with many customers in Residential Construction to sell and manage material flow to jobsites.
• Aim to exceed personal sales and profit goals.
• Manage open orders to ensure timely invoicing or deletion.
• Coordinate with dispatch to avoid overpromising deliveries.
