Job summary

PARR is the total source for homebuilding supplies, solutions, and services. The Load Builder role supports our mission of Legendary Service by safely and efficiently building loads for our drivers, stocking inventory, and assisting in order fulfillment for walk-in customers.

Based in Oregon, the position involves outdoor yard work, forklift operation, and collaboration with the General Manager, dispatcher, and customer service teams to maintain accuracy and safety on every load.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift certification required.
• Knowledge of receiving and inventory control principles.
• Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and invoices.
• Attention to detail in a busy work environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build safe and efficient loads by reading tickets and invoices.
• Read SKUs to identify material types for loads.
• Operate forklift to load/unload material.
• Complete inventory adjustments and stock/put-away tasks.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete per policy.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and safety practices.
• Cross-train for backup roles as needed.
