Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in sales or related construction fields preferred.
• Knowledge of building materials, processes, and local codes is helpful.
• MS Office proficiency is required for quotes and reporting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for customer interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and potential customers through in-person and phone contact, ensuring plan take-offs, bids and quotes."
• Proactively manage and maintain accurate sales team quote and order pipelines in BisTrack.
• Prepare and present accurate sales proposals and quotes to customers.
• Maximize sales across the designated market area.
• Provide timely, courteous service and accurate information on materials and pricing.
• Perform site visits to verify delivery and project progress.
• Ensure profitability of projects and coordinate deliveries and pickups.
