Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms; may tag and store luggage on request.
• Ensure claim checks match luggage tags when retrieving items.
• Inform Front Desk Manager or Manager on Duty and Security of any lost items.
• Deliver checked items to departing guests when no bell attendant is available.
• Maintain luggage storage area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Explain hotel facilities and services; provide information about local attractions.
