Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; 8+ years manufacturing experience OR 12+ years lubricant manufacturing experience without degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across the facility.
• Direct daily operations: production scheduling, staffing, inventory, and quality control.
