Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the site operations, champion safety, and manage budgets to deliver products safely and on time.

You will oversee Manufacturing, HSE&S, Quality, logistics, Maintenance, and Engineering while collaborating with marketing, sales, and R&D to support product development and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, chemistry, polymer, material, or relevant engineering field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing leadership and over 15 years of manufacturing experience in chemical or relevant industry.
• Proven ability to lead with minimal supervision and drive entrepreneurial attitude.
• Strong communication and networking skills; capable in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing, HSE&S, Quality, logistics, Maintenance, and Engineering functions.
• Own expense and capital budgets and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute Wilmington annual operating plan.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and R&D to support product development and scale-up.
• Foster teamwork and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
