The role requires 15+ years in large chemical operations, strong leadership of international teams, and a track record in process optimization and technology management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in large production or technical orgs in chemicals.
• Proven success leading international manufacturing operations.
• Strong production strategy, asset optimization and tech management.
• Ability to lead organizational change and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Lubricant Additives production, technology and HSEQ.
• Develop and execute short, medium, long-term global production strategies.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations per internal standards and regs.
• Drive sustainability initiatives including ISCC PLUS certification.
• Advance production via automation, digitalization and innovation.
• Improve costs, asset utilization and overall efficiency.
• Lead an international operations leadership organization.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain and other functions.
