Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Lubes Administrator to manage daily admin tasks and warehouse inventory logistics. You will bridge sales, warehouse staff, and multiple locations, handling data entry in SAP and Excel, and maintaining inventory through cycle counts and STOs.

You will communicate across departments, process orders, and support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and service levels.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office or administrative environment.
Must reside within 60 miles of the assigned terminal.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to perform job-related calculations accurately.
Ability to operate a 10-key calculator or keypad by touch with speed and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, backorders, and process inventory transactions.
Cycle Counts & Audits: Assist with physical counts, data entry, variances reconciliation, audits.
Order Fulfillment: Generate STOs, resolve open orders, notify customers on backorders.
Office Administration: Manage shared email inboxes, answer phones, maintain records.
Communication & Coordination: Work with Sales, warehouse teams, branches, and customers.
Procurement & Data Entry: Order supplies and use SAP/Excel for data entry and reporting.
Process Improvement: Follow procedures and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
