Job summary

Crater Lake Ford is hiring a Lube Technician in Medford, Oregon. The role focuses on performing essential vehicle maintenance and inspections under experienced technicians, with opportunities to gain manufacturer training and grow toward a long-term career in service.

You will work Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship in a fast-paced team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Commitment to quality work and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and inspections per repair order.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Record time spent and document results.
• Maintain organized workspace and inventory of basic tools.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean.
