Job summary

DCH Ford of Eatontown is actively seeking Lube Technicians to join our Service Department in Eatontown, NJ. This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment and competitive pay based on experience.

You will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, and you will communicate repair recommendations to the service advisor. A strong driving record is required, with ASE certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive repair experience
• Recent technical school graduates
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison
• Assist in other duties as assigned within Service Department
