Job summary

Lithia Ford of Missoula is seeking a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance on a variety of vehicles in our Missoula shop.

You will inspect vehicles, communicate service needs to the team, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. We value reliability, a willingness to learn, and teamwork in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
• Mechanically inclined with interest in service.
• Prior technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations and other basic maintenance services.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Stay up to date on new vehicle technologies through company-provided training.
