Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities in Kennewick, WA is seeking entry-level Express Lube Technicians to join our busy service team. You will perform express services, gain industry skills, and learn under experienced technicians in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of prior experience as a express/quick lube technician is ideal but not required
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• As an Express Lube Technician you will complete assigned services and repairs in an organized and effective manner, providing skillfulness that displays pride and quality.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Help diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Work with the service team to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
