Job summary

Lithia Toyota of Redding is hiring a Lube Technician to join our service team. Starting pay ranges from $16.90 to $20.00 per hour (DOE) with a Monday–Saturday schedule 7am–6pm and flexible hours. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a clear path toward becoming a Main Line Technician.

Join a Lithia & Driveway family shop where performance is rewarded, and safety and quality are emphasized. Develop automotive skills and advance with ASE certs support.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete all repairs while following applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles and document all repairs, test procedures, results, and labor time accurately.
• Maintain and provide required personal mechanic tools, and properly return dealership special tools after use.
• Use shop supplies and materials responsibly while keeping a clean, organized work area and completing daily stall cleanings.
• Ensure every customer's vehicle is returned in the same clean condition as it was received.
• Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to support customer satisfaction and teamwork.
