Job summary

Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee a multidisciplinary LTSS team, ensuring integrated care across the continuum. You will guide care delivery, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with county social workers, care managers, and families to optimize member outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive healthcare experience with LTSS/IHSS, and excellent communication skills. Travel to state sites may be required as per contract and state requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in health care with LTSS/IHSS experience.
• Active clinical licensure/certification as required by state contract/regulation.
• Knowledge of disability and senior access issues.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LTSS care delivery and staff supervision.
• Ensure timely compliant services and regulatory timelines.
• Manage LTSS caseloads and staff assignments by complexity.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation processes.
• Facilitate staff training and process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure staffing and service levels.
• Engage with care coordinators, social workers, and families to ensure continuity of care.
