Job summary

FitzMark, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a highly analytical LTL Pricing Manager to drive data-driven insights and pricing strategies. You will manage data, automate workflows, and deliver operational insights to the LTL department using Power Query, Excel, and Power BI.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data analytics, a college degree in information science or related field, and strong Excel skills including PivotTables/Power Pivot. This is an on-site role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Logistics and Transportation experience preferred.
• College Degree in Information Science or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of Data Analytics preferred
• In depth knowledge of advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint
• Expertise in PivotTables & Power Pivot for creating dynamic reports, analyzing KPIs, and data modeling
• Proficiency in Data Validation & Conditional Formatting for ensuring data quality and highlighting outliers

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit account-level issues and defect patterns
• Identify and correct data errors across datasets using advanced formulas and functions
• Perform robust ETL processes with Power Query to resolve data discrepancies
• Import and clean data from diverse sources (ERP like SAP, CSVs, APIs) and merge datasets
• Recommend data-driven solutions and process improvements to team and management
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights
• Produce high-level PowerPoint decks and data insights for leadership
• Suggest data adjustments and process changes in collaboration with analysts and management
• Create custom Excel scripts using Office Scripts
• Support advanced data visualization by exporting Excel data to Power BI for dashboards
